haha omg after taking a better look at the tibi dress on here, i just realized this was the exact same one i bought online before! but i had to return it b/c it was too big on me
the 3/4 sleeves were more like full sleeves and the knee-length hemline went down to my calves lol. but it’s suuuper cute!! i’m such a sucker for anything with bows on it 
Aww! It’s tough to find something that fits perfectly, but if you can find a good, reasonably-priced tailor, hold on to him/her forever!
